A leading institutional digital asset market maker is hiring an Exchange Trading Quant Developer to build and optimise the core systems behind its global trading infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on real-time trading systems, exchange connectivity, and low-latency performance. You’ll work closely with traders and quant teams to improve execution quality, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure trading systems perform under serious market pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and optimising exchange trading and execution systems
  • Improving latency, performance, and reliability across the trading stack
  • Developing backend services for real-time market data and order flow
