A leading digital learning provider — partnered with some of the biggest names in tech — is expanding its Skills Bootcamp delivery across England and needs experienced BDMs to lead employer engagement across key regions. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of funded digital skills delivery.
You'll be building and managing verified employer networks, securing business commitments to interview and hire bootcamp graduates, and supporting the commercial activity that underpins DfE-funded provision.
Priority regions for immediate hire (mid-June/July start):
- Oxford
- Liverpool
- West of England (Bristol/Bath)
- Devon
Additional regions opening later in the year:
- West Midlands
- Birmingham
The Role:
- Build a verified employer network across your region — securing commitments to interview and hire Skills Bootcamp graduates.
- Generate leads and manage relationships with employers, LEPs, Chambers of Commerce, and local growth stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at regional events and industry forums.
- Work closely with delivery teams to align employer demand with live programme provision.
