A leading digital learning provider — partnered with some of the biggest names in tech — is expanding its Skills Bootcamp delivery across England and needs experienced BDMs to lead employer engagement across key regions. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of funded digital skills delivery.

The Role:

  • Build a verified employer network across your region — securing commitments to interview and hire Skills Bootcamp graduates
  • Generate leads and manage relationships with employers, LEPs, Chambers of Commerce, and local growth stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at regional events and industry forums
  • Work closely with delivery teams to align employer demand with live programme provision
  • Track activity and hit KPIs around employer sign-ups and learner outcomes
  • Support tender bids with evidence of employer engagement and regional market intelligence

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Skills Bootcamp business development — this is the number one priority
  • Background in employer-facing DfE-funded provision (Adult Skills Funding, apprenticeships) also considered
  • FE/HE experience relevant but not essential
  • Demonstrable employer network across one or more target regions
  • Self-sufficient, target-driven, and comfortable owning a geography independently
  • Familiarity with tender-led environments and funded delivery models

The Package:

  • £35,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience)
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Fully remote with regional travel
  • Flexible working
