About the role
This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-moving online business, supporting the day-to-day running of the ecommerce department. You'll manage product listings, execute promotional campaigns, and help keep the online storefront fresh, accurate and commercially sharp.
What you'll be doing
- Product management - updating listings and working with ranging and supply chain teams to manage inventory
- Campaign execution - coordinating and delivering online campaigns, using trends, events and competitor insight to plan deals and promotions
- Content and merchandising - keeping banners, product descriptions and site content fresh and appealing
- Data analysis - reviewing sales and customer behaviour to spot trends and opportunities
- Sales and performance monitoring - tracking category performance and using data to inform stock decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration - working with buying teams on product selection, availability and pricing
- Channel optimisation - working with marketing to optimise traffic across email, social and affiliates, and nominating products for email selection
- Working with IT - flagging site and system opportunities or issues to the development team
