We’re working with our client, a fast-paced recruitment business, who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to step in on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a broad, hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll take responsibility for the full marketing function – driving lead generation, strengthening brand positioning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that directly support business growth.
This is a great opportunity for a senior, all-round B2B marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery. You’ll work closely with leadership and consultants to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support sales activity through high-quality content.
Key areas include:
- Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Planning and delivering quarterly marketing campaigns aligned to commercial goals
- Managing multi-channel campaigns across social, website and email
- Optimising funnels and reporting on campaign performance
- Social Media & Content
- Owning monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Creating engaging, on-brand content and staying ahead of platform trends
- Monitoring performance and engagement metrics
- Brand, Website & SEO
- Strengthening employer-facing brand positioning and messaging
- Supporting website development and SEO improvements
- Refreshing existing website content and producing regular blog articles
- Using tools such as SEMRush to identify errors and opportunities
- Thought Leadership & Video
- Producing insight-led content including whitepapers and reports
- Leading a fortnightly LinkedIn newsletter
- Planning, filming, editing and publishing video content for social and web
- Sales Enablement
- Creating marketing collateral for consultants (social graphics, decks, brochures)
- Supporting proposals, tenders and awards submissions
- Aligning marketing activity with business development priorities
About You
We’re looking for someone who can confidently run a marketing function and hit the ground running.
Essential:
- Proven experience in a broad, senior-level B2B marketing role, ideally Professional Services or Recruitment
- Strong lead generation, digital marketing and content strategy expertise
- Solid knowledge of SEO, website optimisation and performance tracking
- Confident managing multiple social platforms
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Strong organisation, project management and stakeholder skills
