We’re working with our client, a market-leading manufacturer, to recruit a Marketing Coordinator into their growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive marketer who enjoys variety and wants exposure to international markets, large-scale events, and multi-channel campaigns.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing activity across the UK and North America, helping to keep campaigns, materials and events running smoothly. You’ll be trusted to coordinate projects, manage suppliers, and support sales teams with the right tools at the right time – all while maintaining brand consistency across regions.

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple regions
  • Coordinating production and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print)
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of trade shows, conferences and customer events
  • Managing logistics, marketing collateral and lead capture processes
  • Helping prepare sales teams for customer-facing events
  • Supporting campaign performance reporting
  • Tracking budgets and marketing activity
  • Maintaining accurate lead and activity data

Previous experience in a marketing or coordination role is required. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential. Experience with CRM systems, email platforms or digital tools is preferred. Qualifications in Marketing, Business, CIM or similar are advantageous but not essential.
