About the role

Forward Role are supporting a fast-paced, ambitious ecommerce business with a clear focus on growth and marketplace, it's at the heart of all they do. They're now looking for a commercially minded Marketplace Key Account Manager to take ownership of their key marketplace channels, drive performance, and help shape the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the combination of data, trading insight, and relationship management. You'll work closely with merchandising, ecommerce, product, and leadership teams and you'll have real ownership from day one.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Account management
  • Own and grow key marketplace accounts, driving sales, profitability, and performance
