The Role
- You will own day-to-day in-season trading performance across a major retail brand estate, driving sales growth, margin and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Own in-season digital trading performance across sell-through, availability and weeks of cover.
- Optimise site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Execute the digital trade plan including campaigns, promotions and launches.
- Drive sales growth through stock, range and clearance management.
- Identify risks and opportunities in-season and act quickly.
- Analyse performance and use insight to inform future trading decisions.
- Coach junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' digital trading experience.
- Strong track record in site merchandising, sell-through and stock management.
- Campaign and promotion planning with a data-led approach.
- Bloomreach, Magento or Pimberly experience desirable; BI tools advantageous.
- A team player who communicates clearly, adapts quickly and brings good energy.
