I'm working with a fast-growing Manchester business that's delivering over 20% year-on-year growth and has recently secured significant PE investment.
With a new Data Director joining the business, there's a real drive to elevate data across the company, bringing Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science and BI together under one function.
As part of that journey, they're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to become the go-to person for Digital Analytics.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically whilst having a genuine influence on how data is used across the business.

The Role
- Own Digital and Web Analytics across the business
- Deliver insights that drive acquisition, engagement and conversion
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing and CRO initiatives
- Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Technology teams
- Build dashboards and reporting that support better business decisions
- Champion best practice in digital analytics and measurement

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- SQL
- A/B Testing, Experimentation and CRO
- Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar
- Customer Journey & Behavioural Analytics
