We’re partnering with a well‑established, fast‑growing business in Manchester that’s looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to join their team. The business has invested heavily in Salesforce over the last few years and is now at the point where it needs someone to look after what’s been built and make sure it’s delivering real value.

THE ROLE PURPOSE
This is a hands‑on Salesforce role, sitting at the centre of the business’s commercial operations. You’ll take ownership of the platform day to day, making sure it’s well maintained, the data is accurate, and it continues to support sales and commercial teams effectively.
Salesforce has already been relaunched, so the focus now is on making sure it’s used properly across the business and delivering what it should. That means improving usability, building reporting that people actually use, and encouraging teams to fully adopt the platform.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and users across the business to make sure Salesforce becomes something people rely on, not something they work around.
KEY SKILLS
- Salesforce administration and platform ownership
- Backend configuration (objects, fields, workflows, opportunity stages, data structure)
- Data cleansing, imports, and quality management
- Dashboard and report building for commercial teams
- Supporting and training Salesforce users

DAY TO DAY
No two days will be the same, but broadly you can expect to:
- Manage backend configuration, sandbox changes, and data structure improvements
- Cleanse and maintain data quality to ensure trust in reporting
- Build dashboards and reports that sales and commercial teams actually use
- Support users day to day and help improve adoption across the business
- Work closely with stakeholders on how Salesforce can better support their work
- Handle data uploads, spreadsheet clean‑ups, and ad hoc queries
- Act as the go‑to Salesforce expert
