You’ll become the agency’s go-to for all things tracking and measurement, working across a portfolio of hotel brands. From auditing GA4 setups to fixing cross-domain issues, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and enabling smarter marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage GA4 tracking across all client accounts
  • Build, maintain, and optimise Google Tag Manager containers
  • Implement GA4 tracking plan
  • Validate tagging implementations and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Implement robust tracking frameworks across Web, Paid Media, SEO
Tracking Audits & Problem Solving
  • Conduct in-depth GA4 audits for new and existing clients
  • Diagnose and fix tracking issues (including cross-domain)
  • Continuously monitor tracking health and proactively implement improvements
Measurement
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking for Paid Media campaigns
  • Support SEO through event tracking and behavioural data insights
  • Work in alignment with US data privacy and consent requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO, and development teams to ensure accurate data collection
Data & Reporting
  • Support the development of the agency’s reporting stack
  • Help improve how performance data is collected, structured, and used
Skills & Experience
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot tracking setups
  • Experience auditing GA4 implementations and designing measurement frameworks
  • Comfortable balancing BAU tasks with larger strategic projects
  • Experience within hotel, travel or hospitality sectors is desirable, but not essential
