A well loved, fast-growing eCommerce brand is looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid advertising strategy across multiple channels and platforms. This is a lovely opportunity for a commercially-minded Paid Media marketer who thrives on driving measurable results and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns, optimising performance across search, social, and emerging platforms. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, identifying opportunities to scale profitable activity while maintaining excellent campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and optimising paid campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta & TikTok with a view to explore, test & learn other channels)
- Developing channel-specific strategies while maintaining a cohesive approach to customer acquisition
- Managing budgets effectively and forecasting performance to support business growth
- Analysing campaign data to drive continuous improvement in key metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align advertising with wider business objectives
- Producing clear, insightful reports for senior stakeholders
- Testing new approaches to audiences, creative, and campaign structures
