About the Company

Forward Role are supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing DTC brands. As they scale rapidly in the D2C space, we're looking for a talented marketer to join their team and directly impact growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention across their D2C channels. This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking with commercial rigour - you'll work closely with the Head of Growth to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage agency partners, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy: Partner with performance agencies to optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, managing creative briefs, ad copy, and tracking key metrics
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Coordinate D2C marketing activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across internal teams and agency partners
  • Manage email marketing (Klaviyo & SMS): Build campaigns, segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and automated flows to drive retention and repeat purchase
  • Own organic social & community: Manage day-to-day content, engagement, and community management across all social channels
  • Being a self-starter who's organised, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments to create compelling copy and report/optimise
