Design and digital creativity are central to the business, with continued investment in brand growth, new product development, and expanding digital engagement across global markets. This is a hands-on, commercially focused design role with a strong emphasis on digital content creation. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end creative across both physical product design and digital channels, supporting brand growth across ecommerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate briefs into impactful, trend-led creative that performs across both retail and digital environments.
- Product & Packaging Design
- Digital Content Creation
- Produce digital assets for ecommerce, social media, email campaigns, and web platforms
- Create content optimised for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Support product launches and campaigns with engaging, high-quality visuals
- Collaborate with marketing teams on content planning and visual storytelling
- Contribute to brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints
- Design assets for online retail, paid campaigns, and internal platforms
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a design role within a consumer-focused environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital, and campaign work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience creating digital-first content for ecommerce and social platforms
Strong understanding of design trends and commercially driven creative
Awareness of digital content formats and performance-led design
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and digital workflows
Interest in photography and or video content creation
