We’re working with our client, a global, mission-led organisation operating in the public safety and medical technology space, to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a high-impact, regional role where you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across Eastern Europe, the Nordics and the Middle East, supporting a distributor-led sales model and driving demand for life-saving public safety solutions.
As the regional marketing lead, you’ll work closely with Territory Managers and a broad network of distribution partners to deliver hands-on, execution-focused marketing programmes. Operating within a matrixed international organisation, this role offers real visibility and the chance to influence growth across diverse markets. This position is suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys balancing strategy with delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver regional marketing strategies aligned to public safety growth objectives across EMEA.
- Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales teams, supporting indirect/distributor-led sales models.
- Build and manage effective collaboration with distributor partners, ensuring consistency and quality of execution.
- Plan and execute channel marketing programmes, promotions and lead generation campaigns.
- Create and localise marketing materials including sales tools, presentations, digital content, email campaigns and translations.
- Support marketing activity around tradeshows, congresses and industry events.
- Track and report on campaign performance, distributor activity and ROI, using data to inform continuous improvement.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
- Manage the regional marketing budget effectively.
- Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 7+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B, medical devices, healthcare or technology-led environments.
- Demonstrable experience working with distribution partners and indirect sales channels.
- Strong background in lead generation and demand-driven marketing.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and campaign performance analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong copywriting and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who can operate independently and deliver to deadlines and budget.
