A well-established, heritage consumer goods and retail business supporting families throughout their parenting journey, furniture, interiors, pushchairs, clothing, equipment and toys. The business is entering a period of transformation, with an ambition to become the go-to destination for expectant parents and to modernise how the brand looks, feels, and communicates.
A senior creative leadership role, reporting to the Marketing Director, responsible for shaping and evolving the brand, with a particular focus on connecting with younger, digitally minded consumers. You'll lead creative vision across digital, social, retail and omnichannel touchpoints, and play a key role in building a stronger in-house creative function.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the brand's creative direction across all consumer touchpoints
- Lead brand and product campaigns from concept through to production
- Build and develop the in-house creative team (designers, copywriters, content creators)
- Reduce reliance on external agencies by growing in-house capability
- Drive creative innovation across digital, social and emerging technology, including AI
- Manage external agencies and creative partners
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Retail and Commercial teams
About You
- 8+ years' experience in creative, brand or design, with senior creative leadership experience
- Proven track record leading brand transformation
- Strong background in consumer goods, retail, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Experience across both agency and in-house environments
- Skilled in creative direction, art direction, photography and storytelling
- Experience managing and growing creative teams
- Commercially minded, with an interest in AI and emerging creative technology
- Confident, hands-on leader comfortable working through change and ambiguity
