<div><h2>Senior PPC Manager</h2> <h2>£50-60k</h2> <h2>Huddersfield - 2 days in</h2> <p>Forward Role are proud to be working exclusively with a well-established, successful homeware retailer based in Huddersfield on a pivotal senior hire within their Performance Marketing team, in what is a very exciting period of growth for the business !They're looking for a Senior PPC Manager to take full strategic and executional ownership of PPC - a proper lead role with a multi-million-pound budget, real autonomy, and direct commercial accountability!</p> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>This is a business that invests seriously in paid media, and this role sits at the heart of that.

You won't be executing someone else's strategy - you'll be building and owning it.

The Performance Marketing team covers a broad range of channels, and PPC is a critical growth driver for the business.

They want someone who can operate at both a strategic level and get properly hands-on, within a small, high-performing team where your work has a visible impact.</p> <h2>What the Role Involves</h2> <p>You'll own PPC strategy end-to-end across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and AI Max, with additional responsibility across You Tube and Demand Gen.

That means building quarterly and annual roadmaps, leading product feed strategy, managing the trading cadence week-to-week, and driving a structured programme of testing and innovation.</p> <p>Performance reporting is a key part of the role — you'll be translating data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and ensuring paid media performance is understood in the context of broader business results rather than in isolation.

You'll also be working cross-functionally with Trading, Creative, Organic, Product and Finance teams, as well as managing relationships with agency and platform partners including Google.</p> <h2>What They're Looking For</h2> <p>At least five years of PPC experience in a comparable in-house or agency role is essential, alongside strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Advertising and GA4.

You'll need a proven track record managing large-scale budgets, a commercial mindset focused on revenue and efficiency, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.</p> <p>Experience in ecommerce or retail would be a real advantage, as would familiarity with feed optimisation tools, large product catalogues, or advanced measurement frameworks such as incrementality testing and attribution modelling.</p> <h2>In Summary</h2> <p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a senior PPC professional who wants genuine ownership, the budget to make things happen, and the space to test, learn and innovate in a fast-paced retail environment.
