Head of Paid Media | PPC & Paid Social

Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary £65k + Bonus

Forward Role are working exclusively with this award-winning digital agency to hire a Head of Paid Media to lead and scale their Paid Advertising function. They are looking for someone driven and hungry for growth! This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy and drive growth for an agency who are experiencing exceptional success.

Overseeing a team of 6 as Head of Paid Media, you\’ll lead the team whilst working with an exciting roster of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands. This agency are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance.

The role:

• Own and manage the Paid Advertising function with full P&L responsibility
• Oversee the teams to develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok & more)
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & Executives
• Work closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnerships
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team
• Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services

Requirements:

• Proven PPC experience, with a number of years in a leadership role within an agency
• Strong team leadership & development experience
• Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms goes without saying
• Expertise in analytics, forecasting & budget management
• Exceptional communication & client relationship skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for growth
