Are you a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Head of Digital looking for your next challenge?

A scaling health and beauty business, which is already recognised as number 1 in their category in the UK, is looking to expand their D2C presence. A Head of Digital is required to take ownership of the brand digital ecosystem and will drive performance, growth, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the digital growth strategy.
  • Champion CRO and customer journey optimisation across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage digital budgets with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate & revenue.
  • Act as the brand guardian across all digital platforms.
  • Guide and implement strategic initiatives across social, CRM, and content to reflect brand values while driving engagement and brand visibility.

About You:

  • 8+ years\’ experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally within consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance through paid media, CRO, and DTC.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and optimise.
  • Strong commercial awareness and data fluency.
