We're working with a fast-growing global consumer business on a newly created FP&A Manager role, sitting at the heart of their EMEA finance function.

This is a high-impact position covering the end-to-end forecast, month-end close, and executive reporting cycle, with real scope to shape and lead the region's Data/BI & FP&A transformation agenda.

It's a great fit for someone who wants ownership over process as well as numbers, and who's keen to drive change rather than just report on it.

What you'll do

  • Lead EMEA forecasting and budgeting, coordinating with Business Partners and Analysts down to Gross Margin level
  • Own the month-end close cycle: variance analysis, management commentary, and P&L reporting
  • Manage P&L submissions and corporate reporting during month-end and forecast cycles
  • Drive BI and automation projects - Power BI dashboards, Snowflake, EPM tools - to modernise reporting and master data
  • Act as the key link between EMEA Finance and Global BI/IT on tools and project rollout
