Overview
Digital Marketing Manager role based in Blackburn with a hybrid setup. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a growing business and take ownership of a full marketing strategy.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the company’s organic channels, with a strong focus on SEO, while also bringing proven knowledge of PPC to the table. You’ll manage key agency relationships, get hands-on with implementation, and develop strategies that drive both B2C and B2B growth – with around 75% of the current business being B2C, and a clear ambition to expand the B2B arm.
This is a lead generation role, giving you the opportunity to design and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy, with the potential to build and grow your own team in the future.

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
- Oversee and optimise PPC campaigns.
- Manage and nurture agency relationships.
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital touchpoints.
