Growing ecommerce business based in Manchester looking for a Digital Marketing Director to spearhead the scale up of the business. With a focus on international expansion, the Digital Marketing Director will lead all digital acquisition and performance marketing channels and ecommerce while leading a team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the customer acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.
- Lead, manage and grow a team of talented marketers.
- Proactively prioritise growth and performance through data-driven performance management and optimisation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business goals, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
- Manage full P&L, responsible for overall D2C revenue.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience growing an ecommerce consumer brand, including internationally.
- Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
- Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured scale-up environment.
- Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with broader experience across ecommerce.
- A proven track record of building incredibly successful teams.
