Evology are a fast-scaling technology platform operating at the intersection of consumer growth and commercial demand generation. They’re now looking to hire a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of growth strategy and execution at a critical stage of their expansion. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in pacey environments and wants genuine ownership, visibility and long-term progression.

This role sits at the heart of the business, owning multi-channel growth across B2C and B2B2C. You’ll be responsible for scaling consumer acquisition, driving demand for commercial partnerships, and turning marketing activity into measurable revenue impact. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product and senior leadership, with autonomy to test, optimise and scale what works. As the business grows across the UK and into Europe, this role offers a clear pathway into senior growth leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, partnerships, events and on-location activations
  • Drive consistent, qualified demand generation to support commercial pipeline growth
  • Lead B2C app growth across installs, activation, repeat usage and conversion
  • Optimise the full funnel, tracking CPL, CAC, conversion rates and ROI
  • Convert users at physical locations into active app users using signage, QR journeys and messaging
  • Manage and optimise website, SEO, paid media, CRM and marketing automation
  • Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure marketing activity drives revenue
  • Track, report and continuously improve performance across all channels

About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in a growth-focused marketing role within tech, SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong expertise across performance marketing, demand generation and digital channels
  • Confident managing budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Comfortable working in a B2B2C environment alongside Sales teams
  • Highly analytical, commercially driven and execution-focused
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Iterable and Amplitude
