What you’ll be doing:- You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
- Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans.
- Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases.
- Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences.
- Supporting fair and consistent selection processes.
- Providing market insights and salary guidance.
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools.
- Proven experience in legal recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong direct sourcing and market mapping experience.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering insight-led hiring.
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
