  • About the Business

Our client is a fast-growing premium sportswear brand that has established a strong presence within the retail and e Commerce market.

Known for delivering high-quality products and engaging brand experiences, the business continues to invest heavily in its in-house creative function as it expands across digital, retail and campaign channels.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Midweight Graphic Designer to join an established in-house creative team, reporting into the Senior Graphic Designer.

The role is heavily focused on producing high-quality digital creative across e Commerce, CRM, web and marketing channels.

We're looking for someone with excellent creative instincts, strong attention to detail and a genuine understanding of fashion, sportswear and retail design.

You'll be creating a high volume of engaging creative, supporting everything from product launches and campaign assets to website graphics, email marketing and digital communications.

This role would suit a designer with a strong portfolio of digital work who can bring fresh ideas, a refined design eye and an understanding of where modern sportswear brands are heading.

While AI forms part of the team's workflow, this role requires someone with strong core design ability who can generate original creative concepts rather than relying on AI-generated assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & Campaign Design
  • Design engaging creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Produce digital assets across websites, email marketing, CRM, social media and paid advertising.
  • Create e Commerce assets including homepage banners, landing pages, promotional graphics and product launch materials.
  • Design engaging web graphics, mailers and digital marketing collateral.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of the brand's visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Creative & Brand
  • Produce premium creative that reflects the brand's positioning within the sportswear market.
  • Develop artwork across digital, retail and print channels.
  • Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
  • Ensure all creative work remains consistent with established brand guidelines.
  • Contribute fresh creative ideas that enhance campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Photography, Videography, Brand and Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Maintain organised working files and contribute to efficient asset management.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, typography, fashion, sportswear and wider cultural movements.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years' commercial Graphic Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaign creative and branding.
  • Experience designing within the fashion, sportswear, retail or e Commerce sectors.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong experience creating digital assets for web, email, social media and e Commerce.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Motion design or Adobe After Effects experience.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Experience using Figma.
  • Experience designing assets for paid social campaigns.
  • An understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows, whilst maintaining strong traditional design skills.

About You

You'll be a creative, commercially aware designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for premium sportswear and retail branding.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has excellent creative taste and understands current design trends within fashion and sportswear.
  • Can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • Is confident producing original creative from concept through to execution.
  • Brings fresh ideas and a proactive approach to every project.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a fast-paced in-house creative team.
  • Thrives in a high-volume design environment without compromising on quality.
  • Has a genuine passion for branding, storytelling and creating engaging customer experiences.

If you're an ambitious Midweight Graphic Designer looking to join a growing consumer brand where you'll have the opportunity to influence digital creative and produce work seen across multiple customer touchpoints, we'd love to hear from you.
