A leading digital learning provider — partnered with some of the biggest names in tech — is expanding its Skills Bootcamp delivery across England and needs experienced BDMs to lead employer engagement across key regions. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of funded digital skills delivery.
The Role:
- Build a verified employer network across your region — securing commitments to interview and hire Skills Bootcamp graduates
- Generate leads and manage relationships with employers, LEPs, Chambers of Commerce, and local growth stakeholders
- Represent the organisation at regional events and industry forums
- Work closely with delivery teams to align employer demand with live programme provision
- Track activity and hit KPIs around employer sign-ups and learner outcomes
- Support tender bids with evidence of employer engagement and regional market intelligence
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Skills Bootcamp business development — this is the number one priority
- Background in employer-facing DfE-funded provision (Adult Skills Funding, apprenticeships) also considered
- FE/HE experience relevant but not essential
- Demonstrable employer network across one or more target regions
- Self-sufficient, target-driven, and comfortable owning a geography independently
- Familiarity with tender-led environments and funded delivery models
The Package:
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience)
- Performance-related bonus
- Fully remote with regional travel
- Flexible working
