We’re supporting a fast-paced, high growth business in Bolton with an urgent requirement for an experienced ER Manager to join on a 3-month FTC.
- Leading complex employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance)
- Managing, coaching and developing an ER team to deliver a high-quality service
- Supporting organisational change processes, ensuring risk is managed and best practice followed
- Reviewing and advising on ER policy and process where needed
Proven experience in a senior ER or ER management role.
Demonstrable people management / team leadership experience.
Able to hit the ground running in a short-term contract.
