BI & Analytics Consultant – Healthcare Technology
Β£45,000 – Β£50,000 | Leeds (Hybrid/Flexilbe)
Forward Role is excited to be partnering with a PE backed, customer focused, Healthcare Tech business. The team are expanding, and they are looking for a BI & Analytics Consultant to support drive the next stage of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven company where your analytics expertise directly improves patient safety and saves lives. This isn\’t just another BI role β you\’ll be working on software that healthcare professionals rely on to deliver better care, giving families peace of mind when their loved ones need it most.
This is a 50/50 split between customer-facing consultancy and hands-on analytics delivery. You won\’t be stuck behind a desk crunching numbers β you\’ll be working directly with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and building solutions that make a real difference.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement : Lead requirement workshops, training and deliver actionable insights
- Solution Design : Develop and manage reports and dashboards
- Training & Support : Deliver analytics walkthroughs and training sessions during client onboarding
- Standardisation : Help transform bespoke customer solutions into scalable, repeatable processes
- Documentation : Create user guides and training materials for analytics toolkit
- Product Development : Provide feedback to enhance the analytics platform
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in analytics and reporting, ideally within a SaaS or BI environment
- Hands-on experience with BI tools
- Strong understanding of data structures, visualisation principles, and reporting logic
- Customer-facing experience and consultative approach
- Experience with SQL and data modelling is desirable
