About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven Apparel Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing performance fashion brand based in the Liverpool.

This is a fantastic role for an entry to mid-level designer with a passion for performance apparel and a sharp eye for modern, trend-led graphics. You’ll work across men’s, women’s and juniors’ collections, bringing concepts to life through print, trims, packaging, and apparel graphics that align with the brand’s premium, active aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design original placement prints, all-over repeat patterns, trims, and packaging for seasonal collections.
  • Prepare accurate artwork and tech packs ready for production.
  • Develop an adaptable graphic style suitable for multi-product performance categories.
  • Apply strong knowledge of colour, materials, and print techniques to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with apparel designers, product developers, and suppliers to ensure creative consistency.

About You

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Textile/Fashion Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in graphic design for fashion or apparel.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in print design, typography, and packaging.
  • Understanding of garment construction, print processes, and embellishment techniques.
  • Strong eye for colour, composition, and detail.
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
