Marketing Executive

Altrincham – Hybrid

Forward Role are working with a strategic marketing agency looking for a proactive, organised Marketing Executive to support across ambitious technology, education and recruitment brands with creative, data-driven marketing.

You’ll support the Account Director with hands‑on delivery across campaigns, content, digital activity, and reporting. This is a varied role ideal for someone who’s detail‑focused, eager to learn, and confident managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Be confident client facing and leading conversations
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing tasks and keep projects on track
• Support research, insights, and performance reporting
• Upload and format website content; follow SEO best practice
• Assist with social scheduling, email campaigns, and marketing automation
• Contribute to content creation and general digital/brand support
• Help deliver internal marketing activity for the agency

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years in a marketing role
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Interest in digital marketing and modern marketing ops
• Basic SEO knowledge and some Paid Media knowledge
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, email platforms, CMS, ClickUp, Adobe Creative Cloud (basic), and AI tools (or willingness to learn)
• Positive, curious attitude…and an appreciation for a good breakfast!
