Forward Role are working with a fast-growing Retail brand based in Oldham that’s making serious moves in the world of digital and influencer marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive who wants to join a creative, forward-thinking team and work with some of the biggest household brands in the world!
The business is known for staying ahead of the curve. They were the first UK retailer in their category to launch TikTok live shopping, and their affiliate and influencer channels are now key growth drivers for the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing- Managing relationships with key affiliate partners and networks, including AWIN and TikTok
- Supporting the development of an influencer-driven affiliate programme
- Creating and presenting live TikTok content as part of the brand’s growing social presence
- Researching and sourcing new affiliate opportunities, helping to expand the programme
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing on key strategic projects to grow the channel
- Using analytics to track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns
- Keeping affiliates updated on new product launches, promotions, and marketing activity
- Attending industry events and staying up to date with affiliate trends
- 12 months minimum experience in affiliate marketing
- Good knowledge of AWIN and affiliate platforms, partners, and programmes
- Confidence presenting content on social media, especially TikTok
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A self-motivated, creative team player who’s always looking to test and learn
