Are you a Senior UX Designer looking for a fresh new challenge with a forward thinking business? Do you love travel? How do you fancy working within the travel sector? A leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits is looking for a Senior UX Designer to focus on an integral product. Within this role, you will own the end-to-end design process and will deliver user-centered designs that solve real customer problems. Within this role, you will: Lead and manage UX design projects from concept through to implementation. Facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions to drive innovative, user-centered solutions. Own the creation, evolution, and maintenance of design systems. Conduct and lead user research activities. Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both mobile and web applications. Mentor and provide leadership to UX designers. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions. About you: 3+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer. Experience working in Travel / Finance / Benefits / Loyalty or relevant domains. App and web experience. Proven experience in creating and managing design systems.
