Are you an experienced Product Manager with a track record of improving the customer experience? Have you worked within commerce? Are you looking to progress your career with an evolving retailer? A well-loved retailer is looking for a Product Manager to manage the end-to-end customer journey across web and app. You will champion the customer and ensure there is a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touch points. You will integrate 3rd party software to enhance personalisation and improve the overall shopping experience. Within this role, you will: Own and develop the backlog. Be responsible for the delivery, building, prioritising and maintaining of backlogs, refining them regularly. Work in a truly omni-channel environment across on-line and off-line. Act as a leader and point of contact across the business ensuring your pillar is constantly delivering value to the wider business objectives.
