Are you an outstanding Head of Marketing with Demand Gen and Product Marketing experience? Who’s got proven experience in SaaS start-ups, ideally from seed funding to Series B? If so, this may be the role for you! As part of a rapid-growth subscription business you’ll report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be bold in their approach, constantly testing, developing and innovating the sales funnel to ensure we are delivering the correct messaging to drive leads for our sales team. You will need to adapt to customer needs, be flexible when creating and amending strategies to reach a broad spectrum of clients and will be responsible for managing and mentoring three Marketing Executives. In this role, you will: Oversee and manage all aspects of the marketing department including: Product Marketing Demand generation Content Communication and brand awareness (product brand, company brand and exec personal brands, PR, social media and thought-leadership) Reporting and analytics Be responsible for the go-to-market strategy (brand, value proposition, product positioning, pricing, channels and promotion) that enables the growth of our ARR.
