Head of E-commerce and Trading will be responsible for the day to day trading and optimisation of customer journeys and conversions on a b2b website, customer portals and apps. This role is based in South Manchester and requires office working 2-3 days / week. The role will plan and execute revenue generating leas gen activities and you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in value creation plans, introducing ecommerce and new tech. The Head of Ecommerce and Trading will be responsible for: Leading onsite commercial decisions and actions, in line with the Group commercial trading plan. Drive commercial success through best in class ecommerce experiences for both prospects and clients Own and deliver strategic guidance on web trading, site experience and in-app best practices Implement growth strategies through A/B testing Improve prospect and client experience and resultant conversions, in collaboration with the in-house UI/UX/CRO teams. Ensure all site/portal redesign activities are in line with commercial and consumer needs through data and incorporating best in class digital usability. Work closely with digital, brand and content teams to ensure consistency across all touch points.
