Based North of Manchester, Head of Digital Marketing, is a new role for my Client who are an expanding Marketing agency with locations globally. They have developed a range of world-class service propositions and are looking for an expert Digital Marketer to ensure this innovation and creativity continues. Your roleβ¦ Ensuring my Client continues to elevate their digital marketing capabilities and provide operational leadership to their digital marketing specialists. Reporting into the COO, you can expect your day-to-day role to include: β Development and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients in the B2B biotech, life sciences and pharmaceutical supply chain β Partnering with key stakeholders across all delivery and commercial teams to align your digital marketing strategy with commercial and client delivery objectives. β Ensuring the delivery of high-quality output across performance marketing, search and direct marketing strategies to enable clients to achieve commercial targets β Taking accountability and lead the development of services including CRO, ABM and CRM platform implementation. β Develop and deploy a comprehensive strategy for incorporating predictive analytics into the organisation with the support of our Data and Insights team and third-party platforms. β Lead, motivate and nurture a team of talented digital experts in the UK, partnering with other teams to ensure we get the most out of our operating model. β Maintain a high level of reporting and analysis to support strategic recommendations for all clients. Candidate requirements… Your digital marketing expertise and leadership experience will have given you a sound knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that you are able to formulate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders (including clients). You will be comfortable workshopping with clients to understand their motivations and objectives to inform your digital recommendations across proposals, briefs and delivery plans. β Must have senior Digital Marketing experience in a high-growth B2B agency environment β Experience working for businesses of varying sizes and have managed a team β Experience with ABM, CRM, and performance marketing β A love of data and comfort in taking many data sources, interpreting them, and understanding the logical next steps. β Ability to drive new reporting approaches and communicate results and commercial outcomes to senior client stakeholders β Inspirational, hands-on leader of a high-performing team and an exceptional influencer. β Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management. β Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
