High growth ecommerce business based in Yorkshire are looking for a brand new Head of Digital Marketing. This role is responsible for leading and optimising all digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social, Affiliates, SEO, and programmatic. Key Responsibilities: Create a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure that marketing efforts are underpinned by data-driven insights, customer-centric thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. Oversee the performance of all digital channels, including paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, and other emerging platforms. Continual improvement and innovation, evaluation and implementation of new channels, tools, and technologies Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure best attribution models are in place. Lead relationships with digital and creative agencies Grow and lead a high performing team Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market research to shape strategic direction and identify growth opportunities.
