Are you passionate about supporting emotional wellbeing and helping others build positive routines? Do you believe in the power of mindfulness, creativity, and gentle movement to create space for healing? • Lived experience of recovery, mental health support, or related services
  • A basic understanding of trauma-informed practice
  • A calm, non-judgmental, and friendly approach
