X2 Recovery Coordinator
Location: Bruce Grove, London, N17 6RA
Positions available: 1 Full-time (37 hours/week), 1 Part-time (30 hours/week)
The recovery practitioner will work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to individuals with substance misuse issues (drug and alcohol), supporting them through all stages of recovery, from assessment to sustained recovery.
The recovery coordinator will focus on prescribing and psychosocial aspects of care, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience working with opiate and non-opiate clients is essential.
Our service offers free, confidential advice, information, and structured treatment for Haringey residents aged 18 and above, including:
- Substitute prescribing and community detox
- Needle exchange and harm reduction advice
- Support for those involved in the criminal justice system
- Funding support for residential rehabilitation and detox
- Blood-borne virus testing and vaccinations
- Employment, training, and education
- Support for families, carers, and friends
- Arrest referral, court work, DHR, ATR
