Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services. We have nearly 200 services across England, with almost 3,500 dedicated staff and volunteers. Annually, our services support around 125,000 people. Integrating two large organizations is a complex process, and it will take time to fully align our systems, processes, and approaches.

We are committed to equitable opportunities and ensuring everyone can access the help they need to reach their potential. By joining our passionate teams, you will contribute to making a positive difference in people's lives, supporting service users to believe in their capacity to change.
