Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.
We have almost 200 services around England – and nearly 3,500 amazing staff and volunteers who run them. Every year our services support around 125,000 people.
Bringing together two big organisations is not a small task and it’ll take a while to fully integrate our systems, processes and approaches. That’s why you will notice the jobs here are still branded ‘Humankind’. Next year we’ll be fully integrating our recruitment systems but for now they are separate.

Clinical Administrator
Are you a highly experienced and motivated administrator looking for a new challenge? Are you approachable and friendly with an enthusiasm for developing new skills? If this describes you, then this could be the opportunity for you to join our multi-diverse team. This is a fixed-term 6-month contract, and the role will consist of:
- Assisting in batch running prescriptions, ensuring all are actioned in a timely manner
- Taking note of any changes that may supersede the current running script. This also includes documentation on both electronic systems and paper logs for continuity of care.
- Ensuring prescriptions are hand delivered and/or posted to relevant pharmacies with enough notice, tracking post to confirm delivery and ensure no disruption to treatment.
- Liaising with GPs, pharmacies and other professionals regarding client clinical treatment regimens and any pertinent changes or concerns and other administrative tasks as required.
