Our client, the UK’s leading premier car transporter manufacturer, is recruiting for role of welder/fabricator. Based in Gosfield near Braintree in Essex at their purpose-built facilities and powered by renewable energy.
Location: Gosfield, Essex
Working Hours: 7.30 until 16.30 Mon to Thurs – 07.30 until 13.30 Friday.
Salary to 33K plus overtime
Working within a team of 2 or independently and reporting to the Welding/Fabrication Supervisor, you will be welding and fabricating the main body-build of car transporters.
About the Welder/Fabricator role:
Able to MIG weld in all positions, 5 mm material plus.
An ability to read drawings would be an advantage.
Comply with health and safety policy and procedure and work to safe systems of work.Requirements of the Welder/Fabricator:
Able to work as part of a team and to contribute to improve efficiency and quality.
Excellent planning and organisation, focusing on key priorities and working to deadlines.
You use your own initiative, plan your own work and allocate time accordingly.
