Our client is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Tutoring Manager. In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and management of the tutoring service, focusing on strategic management, operational efficiency, business development, and staff management. The Tutoring Manager should possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to enhance the service's performance and support the division in achieving excellence.

Responsibilities of Appointment:

  • Monitor and support the team's performance, providing development opportunities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, ongoing professional development, and training requirements.
  • Ensure the tutoring service complies with all company policies, procedures, sector guidance, legislation, and relevant Local Authority policies.
  • Promote and ensure that students' individual needs are met, with progress documented and reported to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with finance and Education Directors to set and manage budgets effectively.
  • Implement systems and technologies to deliver innovative tuition.
  • Monitor local and national competitors and recommend service improvements based on best practices and local context.
  • Work with the Commercial team and Case Managers to market the service externally, ensuring adherence to company policies in marketing activities.
