This is a pivotal senior leadership position offering genuine influence, significant responsibility and a potential pathway to Commercial Director within the next couple of years. What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing an established commercial team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Using data, performance metrics and commercial insight to inform decisions, identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Taking ownership of sales forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance. Building strong relationships across departments to ensure commercial commitments translate into successful delivery. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen both individual and team performance. Championing sustainability and ensuring commercial decisions reflect the company's values. Contributing to wider business strategy as an influential member of the Senior Leadership Team. What We're Looking For A proven track record of leading and developing successful sales or commercial teams, with measurable results. Experience within a production-led environment, ideally live events, AV, entertainment, technical production or a relevant adjacent sector. Strong commercial and financial understanding, including forecasting, pipeline management and margin protection. Confidence interpreting and leveraging data to improve business performance and unlock opportunities. A collaborative, people-focused leadership style, with the ability to influence, motivate and build meaningful relationships. Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on. Experience of working collaboratively across operational, technical and commercial functions. A genuine personal commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
