Our client currently has an opportunity within their Safety Training team for a construction orientated Safety Trainer across the South West / South East of England. You will be required to deliver classroom and practical training courses to customers in line with our current training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accredited courses will be delivered at a variety of satellite locations nationally or on-site at our customers’ premises.
  • Consistent assessing and measurement of delegates will be required to meet course objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and development of future course lines.
  • Be extremely detail oriented in all administrative tasks, which are crucial in this environment.
  • Stay up to date and informed regarding awarding bodies and their policies, including statutory policies, health & safety, employment and equality laws.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised training qualification is a prerequisite or experience of delivering training.
  • Knowledge of the construction Industry/Utilities & Civil sectors.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver presentations, experience of delivering training.
  • Willingness to deliver practical training outdoors in inclement weather.
  • Experience of writing/producing training sessions or assisting with the writing/production of training sessions.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Depending on where you live, this could mean up to 4 days a week working away from home.
