F-Gas Trainer Reading c£40,000 Job purpose Deliver City & Guilds Level 2 Awards in F-Gas & ODS Regulations (CAT I 2079-11) and Leakage Checking (CAT IV 2079-14), alongside other programmes within your skillset. Responsibilities Deliver safety training and assessments to a high standard. Improve training efficiency through performance reviews and effective resource management. Manage training quality systems to meet regulatory body requirements. Attend development courses to maintain knowledge and skills. Ensure training complies with course syllabuses and competence legislation. Produce training materials and courses as required. Maintain work areas, materials and equipment within the region. Carry out workplace and competence assessments. Experience and qualifications Able to deliver City & Guilds Level 2 Awards in refrigeration and air conditioning. Knowledge of accreditation operational standards. NEBOSH, AET and TAQA Assessor qualifications, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
