Joining the UK’s largest vehicle leasing company. Due to growth and the opening of their new state of the art refurbishment centre, they are seeking a polish technician to join their vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Reporting into the cosmetic team leads, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that vehicles are prepared in accordance with the required reconditioning standards. The polish technicians play a crucial role, ensuring that vehicles meet specific performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of the vehicle’s paintwork.
Using the technical skills you have developed and accessing the state-of-the-art equipment and products, the key areas are to repair and enhance paint by blocking and polishing panels, de nibbing paint defects and completing final machine polish.
About You

Minimum criteria:
- Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK
- Panel block and polishing experience
- Paint rectification experience
