Our client is a forward-thinking, NICEIC-registered electrical contractor seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Quality Supervisor to join their growing team. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with on-site supervision, playing a pivotal part in driving Safety, Efficiency, Excellence, and Compliance across all electrical operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and industry compliance. You’ll support our engineers, oversee project execution, and ensure that workmanship consistently meets regulatory and company expectations. Duties Conduct regular site visits to inspect and verify the quality and compliance of electrical installations (minimum 30% of works). Provide hands-on support to engineers to meet project deadlines when required. Vet and verify all electrical certifications prior to submission or issue. Assist with annual audits and inspections from accreditation bodies including NICEIC and ISO Liaise with management to maintain compliance records and drive continuous improvement. Offer technical support and guidance to apprentices, site teams, and office staff. Maintain calibration records and schedules for all test equipment. Support and participate in the NICEIC annual inspection as part of the QS team.Experience Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position within an industrial electrical environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are preferred.
