We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Key Accounts with directorship aspirations to join our client's team in our London office.
This is an amazing opportunity and we are offering a fantastic renumeration package for an experienced Head of Key Accounts Team with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company.
Our client is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago.
The company operates over 4000 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
The role
This is an officed based role and would suit someone who is passionate about people, leadership, and delivering exceptional client service.
You'll be responsible for managing a team supporting their day-to-day performance, helping them develop their skills, and creating opportunities for their career progression.
Main Responsibilities
Duties will include:
Managing and supporting the team.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Ensuring excellent service delivery and high performance across the team.
Monitoring performance, providing regular feedback, and identifying development opportunities.
Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Skills:
Previous experience in a management or team leadership role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
