Our client is looking for an Operator Recruiter to join their team and play a key role in sourcing and coordinating skilled plant operators across the UK. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and enjoys building strong working relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end induction process for internal and external personnel
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plant fleet and operator requirements
- Carry out accurate data entry onto internal systems and apps
- Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel and operators
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support workforce planning to ensure operators are placed efficiently based on project requirements
- Manage customer expectations and maintain professional communication via phone and email
- Work closely with Operator Managers, project teams, and site management to ensure smooth operations
- Support key responsibilities including Key Accounts, Regional Accounts, and project-specific requirements
- Promote clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
